TITUS lava retreats

"It's time, I've gotten enough alpha energy that should do for this battle," Titus said, with a smile across his face.

He looked around the tower and could see stair going up to the top of the tower. "I'll say they really put in some work building this tower, but climbing up would be a stress. So why put the stairs when they could just swim upward, that's kind of silly, oh, taking a closer look, shows that the stairs were needed, they divided the tower in layers, it looks just like those on the surface," Titus said.

Titus bent his knees, and stretched his body. "Now that's more like it." In an instant Titus ran up the stairs and went through the layers of the temple one after another. On his way up he could see the citizens of the kingdom in every layer.

Titus had finally arrived at the top of the tower, he was left speechless at the sight of the battle, it was so intense that he could see lots of Marls soldiers lying dead. He could see that Marls army ware being defeated.

While Titus was still scanning the area he caught sight of lava standing above Marl with his leg pinning Marl to the ground, ready to swing down his axe at Marls neck.

"Hmm, he's lucky he agreed to my request. My body is flowing with energy that I want to try something new. Million lasers!" Titus screamed.

Millions of laser shot out of Titus body heading to different directions on the battle field. The lasers hit lavas enormous ships cutting them in an instant that they exploded and fell down to the ocean floor. The laser continued to rain down on the battle field causing deep craters and dirt all over the battle field.

"That should turn the table around," Titus said leaping down from the tower in an incredible speed, he was headed for lava.

" What! How's this possible? How did you destroy my ships and what's that enormous power?" Lava yelled.

"Hmph, did you really think you'd win this battle? Not..today lava, not today," Marl said still spilling blood from his mouth.

Just as marl finished speaking, Titus crashed into lava with a punch that sent him sliding against the ocean floor.

"Yo... came, I thought you had left," Marl said. "A deal is a deal, Marl, besides I can't leave when I see someone in need of my help. Are you ok, if you can still walk take cover, it's about to get tough," Titus replied. "I'll kick this guy's ass."

Marl struggled to get up, but his injuries were worse than he thought. His soldiers saw him struggling and immediately came to his aid, they carried him back to the tower.

Lava slowly emerged from the rubbles unfazed by Titus strength, he was rather very eager to defeat Titus and have this strength for himself.

"So much power from just one punch. I've never seen anyone possess such power except kronians, royal blood at that. Are you a kronian?" Lava asked. " What if I am," Titus replied. "Then your power will be mine!" Lava shouted.

Lava dashed forward, with his axes he cut through the water creating a sharp line that could cut through objects but Titus was fast, he dogded the attack and shot out laser from palm. The laser hit lava on the chest and sent him crashing into the wreckage of his ship.

Titus walked towards lava slowly, a thud sound was made with every step Titus took. "Now tell me why you want this power?" Titus asked.

"Stop asking silly questions, you fool! When your father helped this creatures evolve by giving them life. I was left behind having to taste only the remnant of this power. I and my people lived under the earth and mountains boiling with lava, if the remnant of this power can sustain me, and make me this strong, then why don't I get stronger by having a taste of life itself.

Not only that, son of Trovis, I also intend to rule this world! I intend to spread my kingdom even into the human territories! Now tell me how I'm going to do that without life, uhh," lava said. "and don't think you can stop me! I'll take all the life my body can hold and I'll rule!!" Lava said laughing very loud.

" That doesn't seem interesting. And has anyone told you, you're so loud?!" Titus said leaping of the ocean floor and slamming his fist against lavas face. " Now you've done it," lava said.

Lava swung his axes one after the other, but Titus dodged each of his attacks. Lava took some step backwards and charged in again.

"He's faster than I am, the only way to land a clean hit on him will be a surprise attack but I can see he's so focused and he won't even take his eyes off me for a second. I guess he sees me as a bigger threat or he's just so passionate about protecting the helpless," Lava thought.

When lava was close to Titus, he raised one axe above his head and swung it down with all his might but Titus was ready to go all out, he blocked the attack with his two arm crossed together clothed in alpha energy. This made lavas attack meaningless but lava wasn't done.

With the axe in his other arm he swung it upward from below Titus, the axe cut Titus from the jaw to the top of his head. "You bastard!" Titus screamed.

Titus body flowed with alpha energy that the cut began to heal instantly. "You're dead!" Titus said as he shot laser that were thicker than the last from his palm. The laser blast had hit lava on his shoulder cutting off one of his arm.

"Argh!" Lava screamed. "If he fires another of his laser at me I'm dead. And I can't fight with one arm either, I was no match for him when I had two arms and now he has cut off one. The best thing I can do now is retreat but I promise I'll be back kronian!" Lava thought.

" Retreat! Retreat!" Lava voice boomed across the battle ground. Immediately the command was made lavas men started retreating, they carried their injured men along as they ran into red portals that they created.

Lava stood and stared at Titus "you might have won this battle today, but I'll be back and it's a promise," lava said. "I'll be waiting," Titus replied. Lava stepped into his own portal as the portal closed behind him.

"Yahhh! Yahhh!," Marl army screamed in victory.

"This was a tough fight, I'll be waiting for your return lava. You'll help me get stronger without you knowing it," Titus thought as he turned and walked back into the tower.
